Was already charged when I got it, came in really good condition for being used, but had a small piece of the screen gone hence why I took a star off, but other than that it was really good ๐๐พ

After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11. I was able to get the computer upgraded very easily for free, and now I am good to go! I will buy from this seller again.

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
