Il presente contratto può essere revocato entro un mese senza doverne indicare le motivazioni. Il periodo di recesso è di un mese a partire dalla data in cui voi (o un terzo da voi nominato, ma non il trasportatore) avete acquisito il possesso dell'ultima merce.

Per poter esercitare il diritto di recesso, siete tenuti ad informarci (DWD-Company GmbH & Co. A tutela del termine di recesso è sufficiente che la comunicazione sull'esercizio di tale diritto venga inviata prima dello scadere del periodo fissato.

Conseguenze del recesso

In caso di revoca del contratto, vi verranno restituiti immediatamente tutti i pagamenti da voi effettuati, comprese le spese di spedizione (fatta eccezione per spese supplementari risultanti dalla vostra scelta di un altro tipo di consegna rispetto a quella standard da noi offerta, più economica) al massimo entro quattordici giorni dalla data di ricevimento della comunicazione relativa al vostro recesso dal contratto. Per il rimborso utilizzeremo lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da voi utilizzato nella transazione originale a meno che non sia stato espressamente concordato con voi un mezzo differente; per il rimborso non verrà calcolato alcun compenso. Il rimborso può essere respinto fino al momento di ricevimento delle merci o fino alla dimostrazione, da parte vostra, di aver restituito le merci, in base alla prima data utile.

Le merci ci dovranno essere restituite o consegnate immediatamente, in ogni caso al più tardi entro quattordici giorni dalla data di comunicazione della revoca dal contratto. Il termine risulta rispettato se le merci verranno spedite prima della scadenza dei quattordici giorni. I costi diretti per la restituzione delle merci saranno a vostro carico.

Sarete tenuti a rispondere di un'eventuale perdita di valore delle merci nel caso in cui detta perdita di valore sia da ricondurre ad un vostro contatto con la merce non necessario per la verifica della struttura, delle caratteristiche e del funzionamento. ?
