Most residential truck-freight shipments w/delivery appointments experience delays due to Covid aftermath and supply chain issues. Lack of staff & drivers, coupled w/the greatest ecommerce boom in history has paralyzed the industry. Delays are eminent in this new world in which we all live regardless of the shipper. We fought with shipper for days to deliver by 4/19, as that was customer’s last day off work to accept delivery. We were glad to single-handedly fix where the shipper fell short.

Read the dimensions very carefully - much smaller than my matching side and dining chairs - maybe all the rocker versions sit much lower - as noticeable as standard vs chair height toilets - thought I had ordered a child size version

Anyone who knows this style of rocking chair understands, while the shell is similar in size to an 'Eames-esque' dining arm chair, as a rocker, it always sits lower to the floor. This is an adult-sized rocking chair we’ve carried for 2 decades without a customer complaint… until now. Dimensions disclosed in listing. Buyer blaming seller for their own oversight/lack of knowledge should not warrant neutral feedback. This adult rocker is always this size, regardless from where it is purchased.
