    USA made, Will never buy another type of step

    I've read a lot of reviews with people saying the directions suck or the installation is hard. Well, I'm mechanically inclined so maybe my take on it is very different; but to me it's not hard at all. Is it time consuming? Yes, but only if you want the wiring to look professional and not like you tossed in the engine bay or underneath the cab. I had all of the required tools to perform this installation and it took me about 6-7 hours while having a few adult beverages. Something to take into consideration is you have to drill small holes and rivet some plates on. One major piece of advice I will give to anyone wanting these for their truck, do NOT install the electric motors into the hangar brackets before installing the hangar brackets onto the truck. Why?     Overall very well made. Took a while to install but I feel I could do it again in half the time now that I know what I’m doing. Instructions are a bit vague but there are plenty of videos online to clear up any confusion.
