I never opened the box yet. But The first time I ordered, I used the wrong account which over drew. I contacted the owner and without hesitation,  they refunded the money. After switching my PayPal account I re-ordered from them and they Sent out the item in a timely manner. Looking forward to putting this sissy bar on my motorcycle. I gave item description four stars only because I never opened up the box yet

Absolutely terrible seller. The package was either lost or this is a scam. Tracking showed it never moved after the 11th and it’s now the 20th. The seller just randomly sends me a partial refund and i am not going to get to package at all now. They said due to the package being rejected and returned back to them that it would cost me to reship it back to me which they want me to repurchase. 😂 no thanks give me my money back keep your scam product im goood do not buy from this seller. SCAM!
