I TRIED several times to respond to seller IN PRIVATE. But the system would not let me through. I am very sorry to do this publicly. My deal was, overall, negative. No issue with the seller, the item showed up quickly and was as described. But it had been pushed into the cap enough , that the color was all broken off. I had to sharpen. ALL eyeliner pencils are tricky to sharpen. But after six tries with an eyeliner sharpener, I found it broke off each time. I threw it away. wasted money
