      I didn't receive my ebay messages by email, therefore I didn't see these messages for quite a few days. However, I sent another collar promptly, so I wish they had have had a bit more understanding before leaving negative feedback, at least until they got a replacement or a refund, that would be the usual reaction. Negative feedback is pretty serious for the seller, please keep that in mind, thanks
