Item was shipped in a bag /envelope, not a box or with any packaging material to protect it. It arrived, crushed and some of the product, leaked and damaged the packaging and was wet when opened. This has happened before! I would recommend not sending any liquid products in an envelope!!!

The item I received was described as New, and, indeed it came in an unopened box, but there was no date of any kind on the package, and the consistency of the product was stiffer than the product received directly from the manufacturer. I'm not sure if the item got too hot at some point, or if it has simply been sitting around for a while. All communication with the seller was great, and the price was exceptionally reasonable.
