    First class service, following the delivery of my batteries I found that not only had the box been damaged in transit and taped up by the courier, the batteries themselves had cracked cases with fluid leaking from them. Within 30 minutes of contacting the seller, sending photos and explaining what had happened, a replacement pair of batteries were dispatched and arrived next day. This time box and contents fully intact. Excellent communication and customer service 2nd to none. Great price too.

    So far so good

    Bought to replace batteries in a battery pack for an imported electric two person scooter from China. Needed to be set in series to give 48v for this model's motor. All working, dimensions as described and I used the pick up at Argos delivery system which worked well. Only time will tell if they last as well as the ones they replace so can only judge and give the quality "Yes" on the outside appearance and current output.

    Perfect replacement

    Perfect replacement in size, looks and capacity. Easy to swap with existing batteries by removing screws in the battery pack, and reconnecting the cables like-for-like. Came fully charged. Works perfectly on the vehicle and with the standard Little Gem charger.
