    Great for the price, but a little stiff...

    Once I was in Sports Clips and the lady was using one of these to comb my hair and I loved it. She said I could get it online at X website. The price there was lets say too high ha. So I come here and find these. So compared to the one the hair stylist used, hers was a lot softer when running it across the scalp. These are very tough on your scalp and you definitely can't scrub your head for long before it starts to hurt... but I also use it to comb my hair with, which works GREAT! So to shampoo and rub it into your scalp, its not painful but for sure hard so don't expect to do it for a minute straight. For combing your hair after a shower, or to style it with product, works extremely good! I would recommend because of the price and its not bad, just hard.

    Exactly what I wanted

    I was looking for a sturdy scalp brush as I have shoulder-length hair, but it is more of a fine texture. I would not recommend this product for someone with thick or very long hair as I only use as a scalp brush in shower, but it does the job well for me. I live on a humid and warm island and I invest in more robust hygienic tools to maintain cleanliness as sweating is a normal thing here. So, i buy scalp brushes as well as body-scrub cloths (from Japan are best) to get really clean and remove all sebum and oils that contribute to clogged pores and body odor. It is not enough to just run water over yourself and massage with body and hair wash here. It is imperative to scrub well if you do not want body odor to occur.

    Wasn’t scalped

    I have looked all over for these. One used to be able to find them in most pharmacies and dollar stores. These particular ones are stiffer than the ones I used to buy. A little tough for tender heads. If they soften with time (not likely) I may buy more. I bought these while in the military and I still maintain a short hair style. They do the job, but I wish they would revisit the formula they are using for softer bristles.

    Very effective scalp brush

    These brushes are good to quickly knock down scaly areas on your scalp as you are shampooing, and you won't need to do it for more than a few seconds, since the bristles are kind of medium-stiff. One for a quick removal of scaly build-up and another one for brushing the hair before it dries, plus a spare, makes this 3-pack the perfect combo.

    Shampoo scalp hair detangler
