Completely DOA
It was completely dead on arrival and would not charge. I'm guessing it just sat on a shelf too long. Once a lithium battery goes completely dead, it will never recharge again. This one showed zero voltage right out of the package so it was toast before I ever got to charge it.

Holds a Charge
My old battery only held a charge for about 8 snapshots, so this one is terrific by comparison. I have taken 100 or so photos and the battery is still going strong. No issues.
