Is PURE authentic Shea Butter. Has that smell only Shea Butter has. Many are not educated on the differences. THIS is REAL authentic Shea Butter. How it melts in contact with the skin and hard @ room temperature and always the SMELL indicators of real Shea Butter.

The product came to me during these hot weather melted down to half the containers. I loss half the product. The packaging was a mess as well (the shea butter had liquified; every container). I had to send it back. The company was great about it, returned my money but I wished they would have suggested alternative methods of packaging to get the product to me safely.
