    Disgusting attitude towards customers! I ordered a strap - 10 days - 0 response. I asked for help - they sent it in 13 days! I received the strap in 18 days (normal delivery time in the USA - is 3-4 days). The strap did not match the description and photo. I contacted the seller - the seller promised to fix everything. The result - a month of time, and I did not receive my order! I have never seen such a careless attitude! I highly do not recommend! Do not buy from this seller!!!

    SEE PHOTOS. The seller waited almost 10 days to ship these watch bands, then sent the wrong ones. When I contacted them to tell them that they sent the wrong bands, they got nasty with me and said that the bands that they sent are great and that I should be happy with them. They said they don't have the bands in the picture. I need the exact Timex band that I ordered for my Marlin. I have plenty of generic bands. I wanted an original, as shown in the ad.
