Easy to install, works great. Comes with self tapping screws, traded out (4) screws on each panel for nut/washer/bolt to secure better. Very good quality kit - rover needs backlight option. I'm running a cobra 2500 Watt power inverter with (2) Apex 100ah deep cycle batteries wired in parallel. The devices running on batteries/inverter are Whirlpool 4.3 Cu. Ft fridge (150 watts), 32" Vizio TV (22 watts), Lamp w/ eco bulb (8.5 Watts), Winegard Flatwave Air antenna (20 watts), First Alert weather radio (10 watts), Cell phone charger (10 watts). The 300 Watt solar kit with Rover controller automatically starts recharging the batteries when the sun comes up and by 1pm we are fully charged - in float mode. It works even better than I expected! Menu is very thorough, even shows the temperature outside in my battery box. We have a Generator for cooking and hot water heater - prior to the solar kit, we used a battery charger running on the Generator for 10 hours a day to recharge the batteries.Read full review

I've always heard about Renogy quality, when the boxes arrived the packaging was simple yet effective. The panels were cradled in very firm foam corner gussets. The panels were assembled perfectly, no caulk seeping from the assembly to the frames and the miters were perfect. They had a high quality look and feel to them. By the time I had everything assembled and mounted the sun was out of view so I do not have a feel for the ability to create power other than seeing up to 2 amps going into the batteries even in the shade. The MPPT controller is also of good quality and also included the battery temp sensor. I purchased the Bluetooth adapter separately which works well. Like others about the BT adapter, it's annoying to constantly need to reconnect the the device once the app closes. I'm sure that won't be much of an issues once the novelty wears off. I am already considering adding one maybe two more panels to the system since the controller can handle up to 550 watts. My location doesn't get much more than 4 hours of direct sun due to trees. This set up is powering my camp, so power consumption is not very high.Read full review

This is a quality product and would definitely buy again and recommend with that being said. My only complaint would be that I had to purchase more connectors to even hook it up. Should be marketed as an almost complete starter kit. So first time buyer be prepared to spend another 20 bucks to get the kit to work!!!!

Excellent quality solar cell panels, I should have upgraded to the MPPT charge controller sooner. It out performs the PWM contoller by a wide margin. The interconnect cables are high quality. I highly recommend this kit.
