It works ...
Buying expired ink cartridges for the HP-820Cse printer is always like choosing a pig in a poke; especially the color cartridge. Sometimes they work; sometimes not — the chances are about 50/50. This one worked, so that was a happy outcome. As for the product itself, the HP-820Cse has always been an versatile printer, providing great mileage from its ink cartridges.

Bright colors, Brightens my day, Comparible prices is even better.
I can't remember how old my HP 870 printer is because I'm 68 this year, and it was my first. I have tried a cheaper brand and that's what I got, "Cheap Color". This printer is approximately 20 years old and will have to be replaced soon, like all electrical, mechanical things do but as long as I can get the hp ink I will hang on to it. It's getting slow like me, We work well together.

I've been buying this cartridge from Staples or Office Depot since 1997. I don't print colored documents that much, so it last a lot longer than my black cartridge. I have a DeskJet 870Cse Professional Series--which is now considered an old but reliable--nice looking printer, and it's getting harder to find a color cartridge for it. I guess I don't have a choice but to order them online from now on.I've been buying this cartridge from Staples or Office Depot since 1997. The blue color boxed cartridge from HP is the latest. The product received was old style box and the expiration dated to August 2005. Yes the price was too cheap, one third of the market vlaue, but at least the correct photo should have been attached.. It is a waiste of additional time and money to send it back for refund.
