I feel duped and would never ever recommend this seller. Easy communication, but this bulb is nowhere close to a 75 watt. The blue hue you see is not the emission of the UV radiation. Some manufacturers add blue light to give the illusion that their bulb is more powerful but in actually they are emitting less UV radiation. I have sold hundreds of these UV bulbs to growers of medicinal herbs, orchids and other flowers. Most have reordered several more. No other complaints have been received. My goal is the buyer's total satisfaction. A total refund was happily issued.
