  • Passion for bicycles

This is the first proper 'coffee table book' on the bicycle and its history. The high quality of the photographs has inspired a number of recent illustrated books about bicycles. The book presents the rich social history of the 'first democratic means of transportation', and the illustrations depict the public's fascination with this marvelous human-powered machine, often with much humor. One doesn't have to love bicycles to enjoy this book.
