Well Made and Does the Job!
Know what you are getting and why! This does exactly what I needed, but be aware, the length exceeds the IDE spec. For an optical drive, or for slower data rates on EARLY IDE hardware, you may get by, but the fasted IDE requires 80 wires (the extras are ground wires to reduce signal bleed by induction between the main wires). And total length of the cable should not exceed 18 inches. As I said... I knew what I was doing when I ordered this. You should make sure it will work for your application before ordering. If it will serve for your need/application, then order with confidence. These are well made cables.Know what you are getting and why!
