    The pitcher and bowl are beautiful. Even though the seller did great at packaging the pitcher and bowl, due to UPS negligence, part of the bowl was broken off during shipment. The item was as described minus the break in the bowl due to no fault of the seller. The seller has been helpful and commutative with me also. Great seller!

    My daughter had a pair of these for the past couple of years. I thought it would be nice to save some money and bought some pre-owned. These were just as described and honestly BETTER then described! They are barely worn! They still had the UGG sticker on the bottom! They were well packaged and arrived in great condition. The shoes also arrived quicker then originally scheduled (scheduled for a Friday arrived on Weds). Very happy with my purchase!
