      The appearance of this item was fine. Packaging was great, shipping was awesome. The value, had it actually worked the way it was supposed to, would have been great. Unfortunately though, the microphone didn't work. The seller quickly responded to my request for a return and I was refunded very quickly. While not a great item, the seller is worth his weight in gold. Awesome seller! Bad items sometimes pass quality checks but the seller did everything right by refunding me my money.
