But the top of the box was bent and some how the parcel service still managed to damage the item! The handle was broken off and I believe it broke the music box mechanism because I can’t get it to work. I don’t believe it to be the seller’s fault. She was very response and courteous. We worked out a partial credit to keep the item! I still love it. I’m just crushed that the parcel service handled it so badly.
