The packaging was interesting as it came in a reused laundry conditioner box, but it was really well wrapped. Just wish some foam or bubble wrap was used. Item matched the description perfectly, everything was included. Honestly, it's a good value as the headset came with a battery comfort strap, and the controllers also had batteries included. All I needed to do was clean it lightly.
