    Better than Prescription

    It eases me into sleep promptly, yet maintains a clear-head throughout the night in that I can rise for the restroom without stumbling like a drunk, decide for myself whether I want to continue sleeping or to rise, and when I do wake, I feel alert and refreshed (unlike Trazadone, or diphenhydramine, which makes one groggy and heavy for a prolonged period, almost keeps your brain hostage). I don't even mind the occasional slightly floral after taste.

    Better than amazon

    I’ve been taking lavender pills for about 6 months now. I really do think they help me wind down them I take melatonin to help me stay asleep. Just have to find what helps you.
