I told them to cancel on their end but they didn’t want to because they would get dinged or something. So, what they did was show it shipped with a false tracking number (delivered nowhere near me and the box was huge and shows it weighed 20+ pounds for a 6” stove pipe). All just because they wanted my record to show me canceling vs them getting dinged for not having the product they advertised.
