I pointed out to the seller that the ad said a power cord was included and it was not. This seller responded and the cord arrived in a few days. Probably solved. However, the item did not arrive with a power adapter, despite the mention of it in the listing. But the seller was very communicative, and sent the missing parts as soon as I alerted them. The shipping took a little while, but seeing as I bought it around Labor Day, It’s understandable.
