Yes, that's why the titles are shipped on DVD rather than CD, to save you (and us) money. If we were going to send out 24+ discs, due to the extra costs involved, including materials and the much increased time in producing them and the significantly higher cost of shipping them, the price would be a good bit higher. Our DVDs and USBs are really meant more as a way of getting the files to you than a "ready-to-play" solution, although some people still make use of them that way. Thank you
