Though I must confess caveat emptor for not having asked beforehand if they stripped any parts. So, ultimately, I can’t fault the seller here, though I was disappointed at this discovery. I suppose it’s possible the seller was unaware of this; it’s also possible the seller new full well. Only the seller knows. Make sure you ask detailed questions when buying from the seller.
