Typing issue, GOOD PRODUCT FOR LIGHT USE!
Microsoft is only to blame, product sent was brand new in the box and original seal. Quality of finish is good, though touchpad is small for multi finger use and typing is very difficult for anything bigger than an email. If you don't space out each letter you type the keyboard will try and find the midpoint of two keys and choose that key, if it hasn't had time to buffer typing a sentence which just adds stress.
