Love my Royal!!
I have had my royal vacuum since 1998. It has been the only vacuum I have used and I love how easy it makes my daily cleaning. With the long hose it makes reaching anything to clean easier. The power that this vacuum has is incredible. My 1998 vacuum is starting to have some issues and with the age of this vacuum, parts are becoming difficult to get. I will use my 1998 vacuum as my garage/ car vacuum. With my recent purchase vacuum also a Royal, I will use and enjoy in my home. It works like a new unit. Always a Royal fan.

Sturdy Vintage Vacuum
Will vaccum the dirt out of your house, and any neighbor within a block all at the same time. A seriously powerful vaccum. I like all of the attachments. For some people, though, it might be too heavy, it is good old fashioned steel with a plastic top. I looked at nw vacuums, and to get something with this kind of power would be $1,000+, a Miele or something like that.

We had the motor in our old unit burn out after 20 years and I looked for a motor to replace it. I decided to buy this complete rig instead. It’s better than our old one. Quieter. Two speed. In better shape too. The cleaning lady loves it! It’s a used model but lightly used. I’ll bet we’re good for another 20 years.
