Not perfect but fits well
This was the GE recommended replacement model for the lower rack in my ancient GE QuietPower3 which had begun to rust in spots over many years. It is a couple inches longer but accommodated by the hollow of the dishwasher door when closed. We've run our usual washes since receiving it and haven't had any problems. We are happy to have a rust free replacement that works. The only downside is the tines that hold the dishes are too far apart in the back. The old rack, despite being smaller, had more spots to hold our large and small dishes. There is a lot of dead space in the middle of this one, and a horizontal bar running down the middle of where the large dishes go makes them less stable. Overall though it works. If it lasts as long as the last one did, it will be worth the money.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

GE Dishwasher Bottom Rack
GE has changed the design of the lower rack and it is not as functional as it use to be. My old rack had 6 rows of vertical dish supports and the new one only has 4. You can see a large open space in the middle of the rack which is pretty much useless. Exactly what we needed. It fits perfectly and works well. The only difference from the original rack is there are less rows (front to back) for dishes. There were six in my old rack but only four are in the new one.
