I was in contact with Scott A. at BBB multiple times, and he resolved the problem and paid for the repair along with a bit of break to me for the inconvenience. In my experience, I have not encountered a better example of post-sale customer service than this instance. I would not hesitate to do business with BBB again or recommend them to anyone. Nice job!
