    Entertaining and great pictures

    There is a vast amount of written and pictorial information in this historical account of the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz. It has lots of behind the scenes descriptions of the making of the film and the stars that made it so memorable. The book is filled with personal remembrances and narratives of the people with first hand knowledge of the filming and premier of this Hollywood classic. Highly recommended!

    This is a great book for anyone who has any interest in the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz. It will answer all your questions and possibly correct some misconceptions held from previous works on the subject. This book is extensively researched by three men who are considered experts on Oz and the Oz movie. The book also contains many never before published pictures from behind the scenes . The pictures alone are worth the price of the book. I found it incredibly engaging and highly recommend it to others
