      Receiver arrived in a timely manner and was well-packed; however, it was/is non-functional. Four days ago, I notified the seller (ThingsForgotten85; originally identified as shop-pyxis) that the receiver was not functional and therefore not as described by the seller. The original offer stated, "no returns," but also claimed the item functional despite cosmetic issues. The purchase is covered under eBay Money Back Guarantee. I notified the seller of all this but have not heard back from them.

      Product works as described; however, it was shipped incorrectly. The shipper used the wrong shipping code which underestimated the cost of shipping. USPS caught the error and charged the difference collect to me. I asked about charging the shipper and they informed me that since it was a shipping error that that I should take the issue to the shipper. When I tried to bring this to the seller’s attention, he offered no help and told me it was my fault for picking up the package.

      Buyer simply doesnt know how things work , under Ebay instructions in the past i am not liable for someones claim they get charged anything extra outside of what they do originally, IF there is a problem with USPS they charge me and do often. This person dealt with someone at USPS that maybe doesnt know what they are doing and told him bad info
