The user shipped the bike with no sense of urgency at all. when people spend that much money on a purchase from across the country, the last thing you want to be doing is waiting on your item. The seller didnt have COMMON sense enough to put the SEAT screw labeled in a ziploc. HE TAPED IT TO THE SEAT and screw fell into frame and mailed with dry rot tire also costing me BIG!Reply from: bikesharkbike- Feedback replied by seller bikesharkbike.- Feedback replied by seller bikesharkbike.WE SHIP WITHIN 4 business day. It's in our handling description which this person failed to read. Also failed to read the that we recommend the bike reassembled by a shop. This is a complicated bike and for whatever reason, a NOVICE with NO EXPERIENCE, attempted to put it together and with his clumsiness, dropped a screw into the seat tube. Then got scammed for $$ by a local shop. Karma
