      I ordered this item by following the model number described in the listing as I was looking for some additional feature, but a different model was shipped. I contacted Mikes-Merchandise about the same and they were swift in addressing the concerns and coming to acceptable transaction. Don't go by the 4 stars for item description and shipping, I recommend Mikes-merchandise for ethical business practice and considerate in their approach.

      Best RAID controller for the price.

      I have three HGST 4Kn 4TB hard drives connected in a RAID5 configuration on the 2720A and its solid. One of the drives went bad and the 2720A automatically rebuilt the RAID5 array in six hours when a replacement was installed. The web interface is easy to use.
