    Exercycle Recumbant Stationary Bike

    I needed a recumbent for my lower back following back surgery. This bike fits the bill and has fits all my basic needs. It was easy to put together and once completed it ran well. The computerized miles, time cycled, heart rate, and calories burned is a great feature. We are still using the bike and it's holding up fine. I'd recommend this recumbent stationary bicycle.

    Great exercise bike.

    Cons; As another review pointed out, seat could use a little more padding. Seat adjustment lock is difficult to get to and would be a challenge for a multi user household. Control panel could use back lighting. Pros; For the price, VERY well made. Welds are excellent! It was a snap to put together with all but six of the required screws and bolts already in place. Seat adjustment operation is as smooth as butter and has a lot of range to accommodate different sized users, to bad the adjustment is so cumbersome. A pin lock would a great improvement on the seat adjustment.The tension range is great in the fact that there is a wide range of adjustment. Tension adjustment works smoothly also. Operation is very smooth and quiet. No need to turn the tv up. Great exercise bike. So you know where ...

    Exerpeutic 900XL

    This is a well made recumbent bike, will handle 300 lb person. It has the basic electronisc that you need. It is very comfortable and easy to change for different height people. It does have a fair amount to put together. Since I am fairly mechanically inclined it was easy for me and I really had no problems. I feel someone who is somewhat mechanically inclined will be okay if they follow the directions and don't try to rush through the assembly. I am very happy with it and it is just as comfortable as the high priced one I used at the therapy center. Worth every penny.

    For the sale price I am satisfied.. The front handle bars are to low to be useful. Readout needs back light.. Seat could use alittle more padding.. It is heavy, well built,easy to assemble,love the magnet drive system. Would buy again..

    Good value for the money

    The bike seems durable and was well packaged. Instructions for assembly were easy to assemble and parts were easy to locate as most of the bolts and washers were attaché to the proper parts of the frame. Only problem I encountered during assembly was in tightening the pedals to the crank, because the assembly tool provided DID NOT fit properly on the pedal. (I used a crescent wrench of my own to complete the tightening process.) I am a 6 foot male and have a large frame and I have no problem using the bike for my exercising.
