Item had a crease that I didn't show up in the pictures very well - but probably a result of the difficulty in accurately depicting any shiny chrome/stainless object in pictures completely. Shipping was expensive and not the best packaging, although item arrived ok. There did not seem to be a path to communicate with the seller. Found that to be highly unusual and not the best customer service.
