Looks clean and has no damage other than a very small (I can't even see it without shining a flashlight on it) ding in the bezel that does not affect the display. Works great with no screen defects and has the best uniformity of any monitor I've owned. Very happy with this monitor, especially a this price. So glad I thought to look for used monitors after my old one died.

In my case, the UPS shipment of a 32" monitor arrived damaged with monitors upper left corner smashed. The return process was easy and smooth and refund credited to my credit card. As such, I have chosen to order an open-box monitor (@ higher cost) from EPC-PA. Highly recommend this Vendor!!!
