Item description from the seller
Seller feedback (1,832)
- 6***o (84)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe seller provided great packaging, fast shipping, and quick responses to pre- and post-purchase questions. I would buy from them again.
- u***u (273)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseSeller shipped the item very quickly. Seller was the only seller out of 5-6 that would communicate and reply back to my questions. I purchased a Landriod, it arrived exactly as described and is currently mowing the back yard as I write this review. Thank you
- 7***c (110)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe seller misrepresented that the item is "brand new in the unopened box". When confronted with this, he did not take responsibility. He eventually admitted that he likes to inspect items before being shipped. If that is the case, you SHOULD NOT indicate in the description that you're selling a NEW item. All the seller had to do is admit to the error and offer a small discount, instead he got smart and passive aggressive. Others had the same experience - see attached images.Reply from: ginosbestdeals- Feedback replied by seller ginosbestdeals.- Feedback replied by seller ginosbestdeals. Some of this Feedback is correct, BUT NOT COMPLETELY. I did sell the the item as New and I did open the box before shipping. This was to protect the buyer and myself. This was a high dollar bidet that I wanted to inspect before shipping. It did not change the fact that the item was still NEW. What the Buyer has been honest about is that his offer of a "small" discount was 20% of the purchase price. I was not smart nor passive aggressive. I just declined his offer. $151.20 off $756 was a bit much
