The fans are spinning, so the GPU is receiving power, but there is currently no display. I've tested the the 1070 in two different computers, updated the bios to one PC, power-cycled both machines, and even updated drivers, only to have same result. I'm not sure how the seller tested the card before taking it out of a working system, but maybe the display they got was from the CPU's iGPU and not the faulty 1070.

Definitely didnt happen in shipping as packaging was top notch. Contacted the seller and they immediately offered to do a return. I asked for a partial refund instead and the seller gave me what I asked. They handled the issue and made it right.
