    Packaging was fraudulent. Seller used a USPS Priority Mail bubble mailer as underlayment over his white plastic overcoat. USPS Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope states ""This packaging is the property of USPS and is provided solely for the use in sending Priority Mail shipments." Seller used USPS packaging fraudulently to send a USPS Media Mail package. I am tired of eBay seller doing this and hope this gets someone's attention.
