The fan arrived (again) with visible damage, but this one never even worked properly either. The motor has a high-pitched hissing noise and revs up and down every other second. Definitely not normal. Also, the TP7C model seems to be a B-Quality Costco reject (it says on the package), and additionally, the extra filter that is pictured is not included. I asked for a return label 4 days ago, which I still haven't received. AGAIN ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Sadly, only one arrived and the seller has not been responsive to my requests for the rest of my order, so I’ve opened a case, which is pending. The item itself is what I would expect from Dyson- sleek, powerful. It was well packaged, but the instructions were scant. The item was in fairly decent condition with minor scuffs. The app is not supported, however. Love Dyson, should have bought this new.
