    SOFTGEL GOES DOWN WELL!!

    I APPRECIATE THE WAY THE PRODUCT IS "MANUFACTURED". THAT IS ONE REASON I CHOSE THE PRODUCT. I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAVEN'T SEEN A CHANGE IN THE LOOK AND FEEL OF MY SKIN. THIS IS SOMETHING I REMEMBERED WHEN TAKING OMEGA 3 BEFORE. IT WILL PROBABLY SHOW UP WITH TIME AND PATIENCE. ALSO I LIKE THE SOFTCAPS AS THE LARGE SIZE EASILY GOES DOWN. JUST REMEMBER TO TAKE IT WITH PLENTY OF LIQUID. THERE'S ALWAYS THE UNPLEASANT BURP, BUT THAT SEEMS TO BE PRESENT WITH ALL THE BRANDS I'VE TRIED. GOOD AND TRUSTED COMPANY!!

    Fishy

    These pills are large gel caps and you are to take 4 a day. To me this is a bit much. Also, they should be taken with meals, but you still get those "burps" with a fish taste. These are of good quality I believe, but I definitely would not order them again
