    They cut them the same day, but they send branches that don't stick at all. They send the most tender branches; those don't stick together, no matter how much rooting agent you apply. A rip-off.

    Ridiculous complaint/excuse?? It is this buyer responsibility to root the scions, It is not my fault this buyer does not know the rooting process. I can tell the scions arrived healthy from this buyer's upload pictures. That is not how to root, find a way to keep enough humidity/help them to root or you will fail!
