    The dress is lovely and fits well once it arrived. The seller got it out promptly but USPS tracking showed the dress had been delivered when it had not. After a week of calls and travel to USPS, I finally got the dress. I love the dress but the arduous detective work to get the dress delivered wore me down. In this instance, I’m not sure what a customer does when an item doesn’t arrive, tracking is showing delivery so clearly the seller is not at fault but you don’t have an expensive purchase.

    This is a very pretty dress. However , It was packed by being wadded up in a plastic bag and stuffed into a priority mailing box that was too small for all the tulle. I hope I can steam all the wrinkles out of it! There is also a tiny spot of something sticky- residue from a tag? That hopefully will come out. Overall I am happy.
