They have an attached tongue, and even though I have a older pair of different brand shoes with a similar tongue, I can't get the shoes on. My high instep makes it impossible to get my foot into the shoe. The tongue doesn't stretch or move enough for me to get my foot in. I wish they fit--they're a well-made shoe and I was looking forward to years of wear..

It’s more than great value for the worth. But the size i chose (9.5) is kind of tight for me which is my shoe size, incase you wanna buy, you can try to add about 0.5 size increments only if you prefer your shoes tight. Still trying to check if i can replace it with a size 10.
