    The seller was rude. I explained the bracelet I purchased did not have a 14kt mark on it. He threw it back at me and told me to take it to a jewler to make sure it was 14kt even though he advertised it as 14kt. I guess he was shipping this from Europe. It took from purchase date of 10/16 to actually receiving the item on 10/29. I will never deal with this shop again He charged $27.00 shipping. Ridiculous. He needs to learn A LOT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
