Everything was in perfect condition and looks like it had never been used, save one tool that was a little dirty but easily wiped down. The entire system runs like new and I am so incredibly pleased! It came with almost all of the attachments available for this model, which was a bonus. It is such a powerhouse of a vacuum and is incredibly lightweight. Also an excellent price!!

The quality and appearance of the Dyson V11 was really good. I did have to fix the wand where the brushes attach as it was off center. Luckily I was able to find a guide on how to remove the gray area where it attaches and adjust it. Overall the vacuum has been great.
