      Minimal communication with this angry person. We're not in the gas heater business. Listing clearly stated damaged / no refunds. Guy messaged hes missing things the item is junk demanding more money then we got after ebay fees. Tell him no returns (we dont know if hes a scammer trying to get his money back) and offer him less money back. He freaks, refuses, DOES WHAT WE TOLD HIM TO DO BEFORE ALL THE DRAMA. Gets his money back + returns it. We trash the item and somehow we are scammers. Crazy.
