Inside the original box, the bowl the wax melts in was not on top of the Styrofoam, as intended from factory, but sitting on top of the melter itself. Thankfully it was not broken. It was as described. As for value goes, not a factor, I bought it because I liked it and agreed to the shipping and price. No one should ever ding anyone for something they agree to, by choice.
